Avoiding this due to sector, and also due to transparency reasons.

not able to understand why difference in PE mentioned in DRHP and in review mentioned by DD Sir ?

The PE by Davda ji is correct which is 46.34 based on last full years profit. Even if annualise 8 months profit for current year, the PE is 19.24. These companies these days so a lot of restructurings - like bonus issue, fresh issue of shares, which result in increase in equity base. But in Prospectus, they dont give effect to the same. To me this company is extreme overvalued. Similarly, how NAV pre issue of 16 comes 12 post issue @ 60 is beyond understanding- very poorly drafted prospectus.

Not looking promising.

but noticed one thing...

sgs behaves like penny stockes...(or most of this share is in hand of operaters)

sometimes going up TOO much without any reason...

sometimes going down TOO MUCH without any reason (news etc)...

this is just my observation

no suggestions for buying or selling...

YES I HAVE ALSO NOTICED SAME THING AND WAITING FOR ONE BUYER PACK INSTANCE OR JUMP OF 10 to 15 % in any day . I AM OF THE OPINION THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN ANY DAY NOW . ITS BASE IS 275 at LOWER SIDE AND 320 IS UPPER SIDE . IF IT CROSSED 310 then then it will become multibagger by speculative activity .

Also advice on ipo which help us in secondary market also not advising to buy it, its own individuals to follow him or not. But we benefits much from him . His suggestion we are very much confident about the stock, not required any benefit from us.

Page 164 of DRHP, capital advance moves erratically, from Rs 3.4 cr to Rs 71 lacs to Rs 2.74 cr, period 20-21 to 22-23
Jump in debtors of Rs 6 cr from 21-22 to Nov-22 shows last 8 mths financials shows increased sales could be due to increased credit to customers and could affect profitability
Commission income has jumped from Rs 18 lacs in 21-22 to Rs 69 lacs in 8 mths of 22-23, may be to just inflate profits.
Page 165, profit on sale of investments is Rs 1.20 cr which ideally should be shown as exceptional and one time item. Excluding that, profitability has taken a beating

Postpartum of SMEs listed during the year 2022 is necessary. What was the performance of these SMEs. Information :

Total SNEs listed : 109.
Positive 90. Negative 19.
Current Position : Positive : 69, Negative: 40.

First : AB Cotspin -positive. Still positive.
Last : Moksh - Negative. Still Negative.

Only 3 listed Negative turned positive. All the 3 very successful : 1. Cool Caps, -1% to +1206%.
2. Rehtan : Split and Bonus.
3. Veerkrupa : -5% to +288%.
Phentam 229% positive to 94%, Concord 110% to 396% and Containe Tech 54% to 373% to name a few.

Figures of positive listing 90 to current 69, means 21 turned to Negative from positive listing.
69 is including 3 positive from negative.

To conclude, it is difficult to say selling on listing is better or keeping it for long term is better.

To get an allotment in good SME is extremely difficult, only if luck favors.

Mistake if any may please be corrected.

One more concluding finding of SMEs for 2022 is likely to be posted soon. Please WAIT.
