How to unlock Sharekhan account?

In the Sharekhan website or mobile app, if you enter an incorrect password 3 consecutive times, your account will get locked. You can unlock your account by sending an email to myaccount@sharekhan.com from your registered email address requesting to unlock the account. Your account will be unlocked which you can access by entering the correct password.

In case you have forgotten your id or trading password, you can change online on Sharekhan website or mobile trading app using the following steps:

Step to get forgotten Sharekhan User ID

1. Open sharekhan.com website in a web browser.
2. Click the Login/Trade button in the top right.
3. Click on the Forgot ID link
4. Check on login ID
5. Enter your Mobile number or Email.
6. Validate the captcha code
7. Click the SUBMIT

Steps to reset Sharekhan password

1. Log in to the Sharekhan.com website or mobile app.
2. Click 'Change Trading Password' in the My Profile section.
3. Enter the required details like the new password and click Submit
4. Re-login with the new password
