How to generate for Zerodha Support Code?

The Zerodha Support Code is provided to you at the time of the account opening. However, in case you have forgotten the support code or want to change it for any reason, you can do it online on the Zerodha Console website or Kite Mobile App.

Note: The 4-digit number for telephone code is created by Zerodha. You don't have a choice to choose your own code.

Steps to Generate Zerodha Support Code (Telephone Code/ZPin) on Console

1. Visit Zerodha website
2. Click on 'Console' in the menu link on the top right side.
3. Log in to Console using Kite Login ID
4. Click on your 'Client ID' in top right
5. Click on the 'My Profile' link
6. Check 'Support Code' by clicking on View.
7. Click Reset to change the support code telephone code.
8. You will see the newly created telephone code.

Steps to Generate Zerodha Support Code on Kite Mobile App

1. Log in to the Zerodha Kite mobile app.
2. Click on your 'Client ID' in the bottom right.
3. On the 'Accounts' page click on your 'Client ID' on top.
4. Click on the 'Manage Account' link next to Detailed Profile.
5. Check 'Telephone Code' by clicking on the eye sign.
6. Click Reset to change the telephone code.
