To buy NFO in Zerodha, you need to have the F&O segment activated for NSE exchange. You also need to maintain sufficient margins to take F&O positions.

Steps to buy NFO in Zerodha Kite:

1. Login to Zerodha Kite web or mobile app.
2. Add the desired F&O contract to the market watch list.
3. You can see various buttons beside the stock name - B, S, Market Depth, Charts.
4. Click on B to buy the contract.
5. Select the product type - MIS or NRML, order type as Market, Limit, SL, SL-M
6. Input the quantity and price.
7. Click on Buy to place the order

You can check the status of the order in the order book.
