How to apply IPO without UPI?

Investors can apply for an IPO through ASBA net banking or submitting a physical IPO application form in case of any issues with UPI.

Steps to apply for IPO online without UPI

1. Login to the Netbanking account.
2. Click on the IPO investment tab.
3. Select the IPO.
4. Fill out the details : DP Client ID, Number of Shares, Price, Investor Category.
5. Submit the IPO application.

Steps to apply for IPO offline without UPI

1. Procure the IPO application form from the nearest bank/broker branch or download from the exchange website.
2. Fill in the applicant details like name, address, contact, Client DP ID. PAN, investor category and status.
3. Enter the bidding details.
4. Enter the bank account number of your ASBA supported bank.
5. Sign the form and submit it to the nearest intermediary.

Note: Ensure to have the required balance in the bank account.
