My sister has an NRI account with them and they have not activated the online trading facility. She has done all the formalities but its not yet activated. RM too is not responding. She has had worst experience ever.

Worst Broker of all Times, Takes more than 2 weeks for KYC and still not activated.

we have a demat account with your firm. we need a manager to guide us regarding managing our account . we had dhananjay Limaye as the manager and he quit. we also need help to activate the account
