Secured nonconvertible debt securities are comparatively safer than unsecured NCDs. In the case of Secured NCDs, the Company creates adequate security over the assets for the benefit of the NCD Holders to provide 100% coverage of the Secured NCDs (together with interest due thereon) throughout the term of the Debentures.
