What is the process to fix the spelling mistake in my father's name on PAN Card?

Correcting the name on a PAN Card comes under 'Correct of PAN Card' data request. The request is similar to change in photo, change in date of birth etc.

Simply visit NSDL PAN Service. Fill an online application for 'PAN Card Change Request Form' and send the required documents to the addressed mentioned in the form.

The applicant is required to provide further documentary proof to support request for correction or change in PAN data.

The application form provide the list of documents required to be submitted.

My father'S original name is SHOAIB AHMAD KHUDSAR,.

delete the entered name and type again. mistaken 1st name starting some white space may be added , also last name after this white space found. SO

SIR/MAM
name on the card is under Kashisii but it should be under S.KASHISII as per my academic certificate also on the web link for name correction system is not recognizing intitial S so please help me to fix as as i cannot withdraw my PF funds and pan verification fail.

To download the PAN change request form, go to the official website of the IT department and click on "Online Application for Changes or Correction in PAN Data". If anyone want how to correct pan card mistakes he can go to the official website of IT Department of PAN Card and get the information and procedure.
