What is the process to change the name and date of birth on PAN Card? How much does it cost?

To change name and date of birth in PAN Card one needs to fill up the Change/Correction Form online/offline to make changes or correction.

Change/Correction Request Form can be downloaded from the official website of NSDL or UTI Technology Services Limited, who are authorized for it.

The applicant shall be required to provide further documentary proof to support request for correction or change in PAN data like name, father's name, date of birth.

The list of document varies based on what information are you changing and available in the change request form which you will fill to make this change.

The Processing fee for change request form is Rs 107 including service tax.

just go to the shop where the new pan card are applied, and then just say the person that i want to do a correction of my dob they will give you a form to fill up just you fill the form and submit it you will get your new pan with all the right correction thats it ...
