IPO grey market premium is the amount at which the IPOs are traded in the grey market before getting listed in the stock market. Based on the demand and supply of the IPO of the company, it can be positive and negative. The grey market is not a regulated market and anyone can buy or sell the shares before the commencement of IPO and listing.
