I have PAN Card since 2004 but I never used that card now I make new or that will work?

For adults, PAN Card is issues once and for forever. It doesn’t have any expiry or validity. It’s actually carry a ‘PAN Number’ which is unique for every individual.

For minors (children’s below age of 18), the PAN Card doesn’t carry photograph. Once the minor reaches 18, they should apply for ‘Change Request Form’ to get the photo added to PAN Card.

Also note that the holding of more than one ‘PAN Number’ by an individual is illegal.
