While it doesn’t cause any legal problem, it is recommended to discard the Pan Card with wrong information as soon as you receive another PAN Card.

You can also surrender it to local Income Tax Office or send it to the address given at the back side of the PAN Card.

As long as you are not using it, you should be fine.
