Can I take PAN Card personally from income tax office? Sometimes due to address problem mails does not reach me in time.

No, there is no option of going personally to the office. One will get it available on the address mentioned in the Form from NSDL or UTI. Income Tax office provides PAN Card through its authorized Agencies – NSDL or UTI.

You can check the status of dispatch of your PAN Card online by visiting NSDL website https://www.tin-nsdl.com/ and follow-up with your postman accordingly.
