The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) Return surplus funds to the equity shareholders of the company;
ii) Improve return on equity through distribution of surplus fund; and
iii) Improve earnings per share by reduction in the equity base, thereby leading to long-term increase in shareholder’s value.

The Buyback is undertaken by the Company to:
i) Return surplus cash to its equity shareholders that are
over and above its ordinary capital requirements and in excess of any current investment plans.
ii) Improve financial ratios like earnings per share (EPS) and return on equity (ROE) by reducing the equity base of the Company
