Since Infosys's 2022 buyback is an open market (not teneder offer) offer, how can retailers take part in it?

They'll purchase shares just like we do. No offer. They'll place order just like us. You can't utilise the opportunity to sell to them. You'll never know when they buy. Only option to sell if you wanna sell is just like you do sell shares.

Should we place or sell at buyback price? or how do we participate in open market buyback?
