The Infosys Buyback 2022 price is set at Rs 1850 Per Share. The Infosys Buyback 2022 opens on December 7, 2022 and closes on February 13, 2023.

There is no concept of Tender form in case of an open market offer through the Stock exchange. Any equity shareholder holding the Equity shares of Infosys Buyback 2022 can participate in the buyback offer through their stockbroker.

Any equity shareholder holding the shares in Demat form can participate in the buyback offer through their stockbroker. The physical shareholder can participate only once the shares get converted into a Dematerialized form.

i. The Buyback will help the Company to return surplus cash to its members, in line with the Capital Allocation Policy.

ii. The Buyback is generally expected to improve return on equity through distribution of cash and improve earnings per share by reduction in the equity base in the long term, thereby leading to long-term increase in members' value
