Buy back rate is1005/ and during offer period share has already crossed 550 and today 1000/ so tendering has become less attractive,resulting in very high acceptance ratio.I won't wonder even if more than 60% shares are accepted.I have tendered my entire holding,as profit from buyback is tax-free and according to acceptance I will purchase that many shares from open market if it remains around this price
