yes securities representative frauds my father of 30 LAKH, he opens the demat account with portfolio management services which is charging 2% of the portfolio and my father had no idea about it until I found out 6 months later. Now they want to charge another 3% of portfolio to close the account.

What can I do … any suggestions?

Hello everyone, please note that Yes securities is a very misleading platform . Do not even think of opening an account and putting your hard earned money in their hands. I am saying this with experience. Their MTF platform is a fraudulent program . Never invest with Yes securities. You will suffer for the rest of your life

I'm forced to write this mail to customer service id after I have rec'd no response from any of those ID's which were provided to me at the time of opening my PIS account with yes securities .

Before I opened this account, I was bombarded with so many emails and phone calls that I had to literally beg you to spare me time. and now that the account was opened almost a year back , feels like you have forgotten that I even have any account with you guys.

No wonder , as per the latest quarterly results which was announced just yesterday showed that 85% of your branches are under loss. What more can anyone expect with such service.

Now coming to my long pending issue , this demat account has been already a year old . Ever since the account was opened , the stock picking by PIA team can be clearly seen in my present portfolio showing over -1,20,000 RS loss. Leaving this apart, my core issue has been the dividends not getting directly credited into my account. At times when the Indian post is at its best service , I receive few dividend DDs which I have to come ordinate with my RM at yes bank to credit them into my account.

I have no track of dividends what so ever so far. Neither has anyone from advisory team replied to any of the mails.

Only option ahead for me is to end this relationship with yes bank and learn from my mistakes which I would definitely be doing it pretty soon. Nothing good has come of it so far for me, rather look for a new beginning somewhere else.

Yes security is worst when it comes to resolving customers query or any issue related to demat account. If you call on their customers service number , the executive will forward your call to concerned executive who is handling demat services, but often your call will be kept on wait and even after 15 minutes wait you will not get through. Even if you send them an email they are not even bothered to reply.
Really unprofessional attitude and will suggest not opt for Yes security .

I had sent an email to customer.service@yessecuritiesltd.in. I did not receive any response for 2 weeks and then I dropped a reminder email. When even this did not get any response, I called their number. Each representative would forward the call to another one when they knew it was a complaint and I was kept on wait for eternity.
Finally, i got hold of a Mumbai number wherein the person told me that I will receive a call form the person (Kushal) against whom the complaint was registered and that this person would resolve my issue. Absolutely unbelievable!
Great Job, Yes Bank and a Wonderful System that you must be proud of Mr. Rana Kapoor.
