Complaint against Upstox Broker

Upstox brokerage complaints report provide detail about the number of complaints received by the stock exchanges from the Upstox customers. The Upstox complaints report analyzes the Upstox online complaint data provided by BSE and NSE. This report shows the health of the broker.

Hopeless customer service. Only response you receive is their automated email. They will not activate any segment or close your account. If you have any compliance problems/ regulatory issues - you are on your own!

Upstox is really really pathetic company..They are fraud and cheat customers...They dont let customers close their accounts giving various false reasons.I have been trying to close my account .But they are not letting me do that .They wont give you the soultions when we know very well that the solution is there just keep on telling you that you its company policy so u cant close your account now

WORST WORST WORST customer service. after facing many problems with this stupid broker, i decided to move my stocks from upstox to zerodha. the procedure is such a pain in ass that you will get mad. first of all you have to request delivery instruction slips for which you have to send letter by speed post and later on you have to send the papers again by post for transfer of shares. i sent the application three times and these stupid people always rejected my application. there is one stupid person by the name of Mr SAI. he is such a third class person who doesn't know how to speak. no doubt zerodha is far far better than this crap. i will never ever suggest anyone to open account here to anyone. if you want to lose your hard earned money than go for it.

I am customer of Upstock. they thave inactive my account without any intimation. Reason given is not use. How can Upstock suspend the account without any proper intimation to customer.when i applied for ipo they allow me to apply from there platform i also add fund to trading account. still they dont't tell me that my account is inactive I have holdings in my demat account which i want to sell but unable to sell due to inactive. if the person is in middle of trade having holdings and unable to sell who will bear the loss and waste of time.
Now as per executive they will resolve it after 3-4 working days. very bad customer service. don't open account with them .

Iam customer of Upstock. Using their app from last few month. All of a sudden they have suspended my account without any intimation. Reason given is KYC. How can Upstock suspend the account without any proper intimation to customer. I have holdings in my demat account which i want to sell but unable to sell due to kyc process. They should check all documents during account opening if the person is in middle of trade having holdings and unable to sell who will bear the loss and waste of time.
Also wanted to know whether I can file a complaint in NSR against them.

same issue is with me with my upstox account is also suspended for no reason and i am unable to sell my holdings in demat account now. who will bear the loss. They should check all the kyc details and documents during account opening.
If person have already taken trade and there are holding in demat account which is in case of me. who will bear the loss.

Is there anyone who has applied for ipo using upstox and never received allotment. I am asking this question because till now I have applied for around 20-30 ipo using all my family members demat account using their upstox account but have not even recieved a single allotment till now so is this some kind of scam being done by upstox?

Now with stop loss limit order system also some time stop loss does not get hit. Due to this losses are increasing. And upstox or any broker is not taking any responsibility to resolve the issue.

You need to be careful with upstox. I think they are not efficient at all. The support team and compliance officer doesnt even bother to respond. I have been chaing them for last 45 days to activate acct and without even reading emails they keep sending the same response. Very frustrating to say the least.

Mera 234 rupay cut kar liye account se..uske baad unka koi call nahi aaya. naa he mera account khula..unhone jo paper mange wo mene diye.. customer care wale bol rahe hain ki koi bhi agent free nahi he...Aur 10 din unhone roz yahi bola ki aaj call ayega lekin nahi aaya.. police complaint karunga toh boht time kharab hoga. I thought mere sath upstox ne fraud kiya he.

Mera bhi 134 ya kuch rupees cut gya tha and maine sab documents submit karne pr bhi E-sign nahi ho raha hai, maine customer care call, support mail pe contact karne ki koshish ki but koi solution nhi mila, mere saath upstox ne fraud kiya hai.
