This icici company is not good requesting people not to go for this company they made a loss of mine in just 2 days of around 7900Rs and upon that these people are only eating brokerage what ever they want they will charge . All the people from this company are not responding Including help desk , Ceo , Rm , everyone are fake people .please guys requesting you all dont go for this company . I am not able to post the screen shot what the way they behave with me is so rude and dont talk properly ,they receive the call and keep it aside . This is there duty only to make loss and they earn there brokerage charges so that they can earn money and loose our money.

Totally agree, ICICI service desk is pathetic - if you talk reason with them then they try not to understand and with some pretext of bad connection your call is disconnected. People responding emails are totally bad - just use copy paste as response without even reading/understanding question.

Other responsible people are black box - not even acknowledgement of problem.

yes, I also experienced some issues, on time I talked to customer service after a long time and many time discussion my problem was not solved. The customer service staff was not knowing how to solve my issue, every time they said we will call you with some solution. but every time new guy calling and explain my problem from the beginning. Still not solved

Few share are reflected in my portfolio but are missing from the demat holding section. Also, tried to allocate through 'Allocate' option provided on portal but these stokes are not available not shown to allocate, This prevents me from selling it.
Additionally, I submitted a service request through online portal. Unfortunately, the service request is not showing up when I try to access it within the portal. This situation is causing significant concern as it restricts my ability to manage my investments effectively.

I have opened my ICICI demat account online one year before. Now when I ask them to close my account, ICICI bank suddenly & erroneously generated demat bills of last one year amounting near to Rs 40000/-. Apart from AMC of Rs.700+126=826, they are now asking me to pay nearly Rs.40000/- without any reason, rule & resolution. The demat branch officials says that they can not do anything (Bill age se aya hai). So other client please note that you are thinking you have to pay only AMC of Rs. 700+service tax are in unknown state. When you will go for account closure after some years then they will put such a huge demat bill amount that you will be surprised. Untill you are not asking for closure of demat account, they remain silent, but do all of the above activities when you will go for account closure. You can take a try................

I have ICICI direct account since last 19 years and its very active (I pay 30K brokerage per month). But sad to find that they are cheating customers. They have been deducting random amount without any explanation. I am tired of writing to helpdesk. At least 10 times they replies they will revert in 4 days, but those 4 days never end, as they also know that they are cheating. I am moving to zerodha. I was tolerating such high brokerage as I thought its safe and transparent platform, but I was wrong.

I have a very active demat account with icicidirect for more than 15 years, on 5th Sept 2023, my account was blocked for want of KYC without any prior KYC request from icicidirect. Now, it is almost 2 months, my account is still blocked for the same reason, though I have updated the KYC with them twice, but was rejected . Please guide me

Icici direct brokerage do not cooperate properly..my request when we call to broker for help they intentionally avoid some issue and hide some important information to share.and for this we face a confusion situation and get a loss booked. Please if possible be professional and guide properly

I want to close my Icici Direct Demat account so I have submitted my DIS to the bank on 16/12/21 handedover directly to the concern person they informed me it will be made in a day or two but so far I am making the call but proper reply is not from that end

Delivary Instruction Slip will not made availabe to Demat holder in ICICI Direct. There will not be any response from customer care email ids viz

I have made complaint on icici direct and not received any reply even after 2 weeks. Do any one face below issue?
If you buy a share today at Rs.4000 and it shows same price in order and trade book. Buying Charges also got debited separately from account.
Then on next day, in portfolio it shows i bought price at 4018rs per share (Even I removed protection 3%. With protection or without protection, share on buying day is different and next day in portfolio is different). I got charged during both buying and selling separately.

I have given a request to close my ICICI direct account and have never done a transaction in ages.

The Helpdesk of ICICI direct keeps lingering and sitting on it.

Further to keep my Account Active ICICI Direct is buying ETFs on their own and are harassing me. I have escalated to its COO.

I would be proceeding legally now against ICICI Direct and file for Fraud, harassment, damages.

Please DONOT deal with ICICI Direct.

ICICI Direct deducted money from my account for IPO allotment but didn't credited shares even after 3 weeks of IPO closure.
How they can do this, seems like way of minting money from unsuspecting customers.
I realized this anomaly only when cross checked my demat account for shares after long time.

I have two accounts in ICICI Direct . Com for approximate 25 years . I have diverted my fund to other Securities since I found deterioration in its performance over the years. I donot recommend
any new person to open the account in ICICI Direct since it does not believe in Customer Satisfaction. They force fully assign RM and donot change them even after transfer. I rate their services Far below Satisfactory

I am also a icicidirect customer since their inception into this business, brokerage is definitely very high, secondly to get an KYC updated I am struggling since 2019, even repeated mails to the company secretary could not yield any result it"s gone that bad

Icici direct square off futures short positions on the same day and 20 7 days before expiry without customer consent or information, for all in the money trades , causing huge loss to traders , and their customer service could not provide solutions for multiple problems raised.

My square off order was cancelled and at the end of the day futures went below my square off position which would have made my trade a gain rather ICICI direct squared off my positions within an hour of my open position without my consent and passed on the loss to me.

I strongly believe they are manipulating the share market by changing customer orders for their benefits.

Icici direct square off options bought 7 days before expiry without customer consent or information, for all in the money trades , causing huge loss to traders , and their customer service give illogical reasons and could not provide solutions for multiple problems raised. Icici ask for full money in option trading also, in last week of expitor square of all options without client consent very disappointed and working on legal complaints against them

I agree with you that good service comes at a cost but if the cost is too high it doesn''t make sense. The profit you makes reduces significantly. I had a icici account for over 7 year but now moved to a discount broker. The service is not bad but savings are great.

I still use ICICIDirect for IPO''s. If any shares are allocated, I transfer it to my other broker account and sell it from there.
