unable to get withdrawal money last 1 week.
there is no withdrawal option and withdrawal balance shows 0. called to executive multiple time but they are refusing my request. is fyers using client money for their purpose?? warning and requesting to all please be careful… fyers using client money if fund is not using by client.

I am unable to invest 1000/- in mutual funds through lumpsum mode as it asks for minimum 5000/-. It's been multiple times since I raised this but it has not been resolved.

I realized that Fyers Web is not at all a stable trading platform.
Provides worst support system.
Raised ticket no. 623787 and rang up sveral times to resolve holding problems in my Fyers Web dashboard.
It's now more than two days no solution.
Presently I am at a loss, as I am not in a postion to sell my holdings.
Shortly going to raise this problem to Mr. Tezas through social media.
I am totally upset with Fyers.

I bought TVS MOTORS 53 quondaty at RS. 587.70(date :14.10.2021)

and sell at Rs. 622 (date 26.10.2021). But after selling result showing like this
bought 599 RS and sell 622. RS. It's incorrect my possition(599).

Horrible Service.. Not at all professional to resolve or listen to any problem of any customer. Just give excuses... Disgusting and frustrated. Suggest not to open new account if you are planning for Deamt Ac.

If you are planning to open an Demat account with Fyers. They will take not less than 3 weeks of time. After opening the service, the support service zero. There is no relationship manager to short out your issue. Very poor service.

Fyers stopped responding to update script and placing orders. For more than one hour support stopped responding for calls. I made loss because of using unresponsive fyers. I hope fyers covers my losses because of their problem. But finally support responded they are working on technical issues but can't cover my losses because of them. Sad. Avoid fyers.

Fyers not a reliable platform for trading. Buying orders does not execute on given a target, it executes before that buying price and hanging problem a lot with this platform. I got lots of loss from this platform.
Customers care doesn't understand the main problem.
