I've traded with prostocks for a month and i am telling you on the option expiry the order does not go through it keeps rejecting resulting in huge loss and they have one of the worst customer support, most of them do not know what they are talking about and at last they'll give you some imaginary reason.

Customer support: 4/10 (third class)
trading platform: 3/10 (order does not get executed at limit price )
web app: 5/10
Brokerage: 7/10 (trap)

Low brokerage is a trap you will loose more because of other pathetic service
