The NCDs have been rated 'CARE AA- (Double A Minus)' by CARE pursuant to letter dated March 19, 2013 and 'BWR AA (BWR Double A)'by BRICKWORK pursuant to letter dated March 20, 2013. Instruments with a rating of 'CARE AA- (Double A Minus)' by CARE and 'BWR AA (BWR Double A)' by BRICKWORK are considered to have high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.
