Dr Gauravv Mittal investment in Containe Technologies Ltd.

On September 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of Containe Technologies Ltd.(CTPL) approved the offer, issuance, and allotment of up to 24,50,000 equity warrants. Each warrant is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of the company with a face value of INR 10, at an issue price of INR 86 per warrant, payable in cash. The total value of the issuance amounts to INR 21.07 crore.

Following the announcement of their investment, CTPL's shares have witnessed a positive surge, climbing from INR 96.36 to INR 113, indicating growing investor confidence in the company's future prospects.

Along with his son, Adit Mittal, Dr. Mittal has applied for equity share warrants that will convert into 10 lakh shares, giving them a combined 11.77% stake in CTPL.
