There is no customer support of sharekhan and their reports on the fund balance is so misleading that we have to work on our own to capture our cash fund balance. really very disappointing.

I have very bad experience with Sharekhan brokerage house because charges of brokerage are very high.hidden changes and very poor support from brokerage house. Fno brokerage charges are 400/- per script buy and sell.

Website UI for trade is very bad and there are very good chances of confusion. Even if you want to sell any stock, you need to remember manythings. There are cases where you want to sell but the stock are bought.

no one from sharekhan informed that the money will be deducted earlier. I was communicated that 31st will be the due date, but 30th was ECS triggered. All fake and totally wrong commitment.. like this cheating terms all you are getting money from false commitments..

These fraudsters operated through my account without me giving a concent to trade from my account and lost all the money. Even after raising the complaint multiple times, they did not stop trading from my account. After reaching their management and everyone they ensured they would get all the money lost reimbursed. This was in early 2014. After which I tried to reach their customer service team only to receive no response from them. I thought I'd leave it and instructed to close the account if they could not help me. I received a bill asking for some charges and when I shared the mail which I sent in 2014 asking for a resolution, they first tried to reach me and asked me to go to the nearest branch and close the account. And when I asked them to first reimburse the amount they are giving some stupid responses without even checking the real issue. Utterly mismanaged company. Malpractices are very common to them. Never consider using these crooks.

i am sharekhan Clint , i am feeling good , but employees of branch offices have to trained , so that they can clarify each and every information wants by clint.
I don't know why u opened share khan to eat away brokerage charges and run your company. Horrendous brokerage. U simply cheating innocent traders as well as investors. Even ur corporates doesn't listen. I simply closed ur account. I never made even a single penny out of my money
i am also use in trading account in share khan but share take very high brokerage by use id 209950 no rm facility brokerage take .3 paise but other company take .1 paise jesna account open kera thaa wo bhi .1 paise kh raha the mager brokerage bhi high le rahe ha
I am Customer of Sharekhan (Borivali), I am unable to login my online account since 15 days. I had also made Request for change in Mobile number but was rejected with immaterialistic reason. After doing so many calls to Branch and Customer Executive Department there is no satisfying response. Also Customer Executive Team and Branch Members was found untrained, unupdated and bluffing with false solutions .
Experience with Sharekhan is now getting very very worst and frustrating. Also they have no Concern for their Customer and their grievances. It seems that there are no genuine executives available with them to solve the Customers problem.
I am highly dissatisfied and will never refer anyone to SHAREKHAN
I had account in Sharekhan ...And I was told that option charges are low and will be max 100 rs per lot .....I was booking profit around 1000 rs and square off my deliveries and was finding my balance going low and low ...I asked them to check my trading charges after a long time and now they are saying that it's 2.5% on option.....It means 2500 charges on one lakh premium and while square off again 2500 ....And now they say it's default settings .... I had lost lot of money in brokerage .....I was cheated ....Plz confirm your charges ...Now they don't won't to answer about this charges...Other brokerage house charge only twenty to fifty rupees ....Plz exit from this type of cheaters
Very very poor and cheating experience in the maintenance of MF SIP ledger which is showing debit from may 2017 despite of the purchases executed against transfer of money every month.In march 2018 transferred amount was adjusted partially against so called debit after 10 months.Mails seeking details of the so called debit is not replied despite various reminders.Customer care is useless and says will reply after the reply of MF departement.All executives at CC gives different reply of same question.No system to complain or appeal.Customer is totally helpless once the fault is committed by the sharekhan.No redressal system is present in house.No hierarchy is available to complain. No action or consideration on advice given om Feed. Finally no option except stop the further SIP and fight for the illegally adjusted amount.Change of the broker is another option but.God save in future from sharekhan.Can any body suggest any transparent share broker to change and transfer all scrips apart from closing account?
I have been Sharekhan's customer since 2006-07 time frame. Of late they have started cheating and try to extract money from you in the form of penalty and other ways. I specifically want to highlight two points,
1. When we transfer amount from our bank account to Sharekhan amount, the transaction goes through fine with out any errors. But amount doesn't appear in the Sharekhan's account (it's suppose to appear immediately). They keep it till end-of-business day and revert it back. If we call customer care they just say "we are sorry as there was some technical problem" money will refunded by EoD"..... this is happening quite frequently. Just think, they might be doing this to many customers, free money for one day at least.
2. They some how create a situation that you end up having a -ve balance and then impose patently on that.
Their customer service is of no use, they are arrogant and have no powers to solve issue favoring customers.
Stay away from this DMAT provider.

Hi , I was interested to open account along with sherkhan and after showing the interest their jamshedpur 4 numbers representatives came to meet me , The persons has no adequate knowledge and they were unable to convince any customer, all the persons has there own opinion. They have not discussed regarding any hidden cost and just shared the brokerage charges. After two days they again came to visit me to get sign in all the documents as per their requirement and asked for a cheque of Rs. 1000 as opening fees , lateron they have confirmed that no initial charges are required. Also not share the Demat account maintenance charges.
Any way the very same day after hearing that I don't required to pay opening fees I called for the formalities and the person concerned rudly asked me to come to their office for account opening , being a physically handicapped I could not do the same
There services are really very poor as well as the rep. has lack of knowledge as well as convincing power to attract the customers.
Their brokerage charges are also more in comparison to others , I will suggest not to opt for this brokerage firm
Very worst customer service on chennai guy name Bala Sharekhan Alwarpet they asked me to come and open a commodity account I went with all documents cheques they told once I reach they went somewhere else for meeting and no account opening forms available very poor. I lost my car petrol alone

Sharekhan brokerage for f and o is too high. 100 rs per lot is to much. If you want to earn small amount of profit say 200 to 300 rs the its problamatic. 100 rs lot plus tax it''s goes around 131 rs.
