Hi Everyone,

I am aware BoA is available on this platform. However, is there anyone who is tracking what was the minimum amount to be invested in each of the past SME IPOs to get confirm allotment?

If anyone has that and can share for the past IPOs, that would be a great help.

The BoAs uploaded are usually on a sample basis and miss many entries. You can ask the RTA agent for detailed BoA. As far as I can see, the data you are trying to collect does not have any practical use, because the oversubscription number is a good proxy for it. It should be easy enough to understand how allocation is done by going through 2-3 detailed BoAs.

Financials of shubhashree biofuel are looking much better than Trafiksol ITS, then why Trafiksol gmp is so high ?

Isme woh Guna hai jo shubhashree mein nahi.

Bids of all prices are counted OR only bids of highest and cutoff
prices are counted In CG subscription data?

We do not know the segregation within each category in itself for every price point as you assumed in your example. Plus the subscription also increases due to people bidding more than the minimum bid amount for that category per application at the cut off or highest price band.

Because of this to assess chance of being allotted one has to check the overall subscription for that category and not as per prices @Rudra K

why demand graph at BSE has almost similar data in all price bids?

I got the answer from other place, posting it here in case anyone needs it:

The quantities shown in demand graph at NSE/BSE are CUMULATIVE. (i.e. each data include bids of that price and all prices above it)

Kotak ASBA is Crashed, cannot Apply through App or Site.

Today it's working fine 🙂

i.e. too much ipo can't handle by kotak bank server. Reliability is Completely visible in rush time. we can see kotak and axis are not that good/capable

* RHP 24: Significant Related party transactions with Trafiksol Electromechanical Private Limited
* RHP
* RHP 29: Directors Mr. Jitendra Narayan Das was disqualified for 6 years for failing to file Financial statements and Annual returns of his companies
* RHP 75: Frequent resignation of Statutory Auditors
* RHP 86: Deployment of IPO Proceeds - Quotation from Oasis Corpcare Pvt. Ltd. of 17.7 Cr. - seems this company hasn’t filed its Annual returns with ROC for recent years.
* RHP CFS - 27 Trade Receivables ageing of 35 Cr above 6 months
