SEBI has issued Interim Ex Parte Order today. The findings are worrying. SEBI is going to conduct investigation and complete within 30 days. BSE SME has displayed the Order on their website.

Guys, I think we have waited enough. If someone is a lawyer or someone knows a good lawyer, lets send a legal notice to the company and BSE asking for refund of money. We can contribute to the legal expenses

With the recent development regarding the new notices in BSE website, the investors are being taken as a hostage to their frauds.

Can anyone please lodge a complaint with SEBI? I tried mailing them but they suggested to go through their scores platform. But I am not able to register with them.

Also, please keep raising the request for refund to BSE as well. If a sizable portion of investors keep asking for cancellation, they may actually take a decision in our favour.

Already lodged a complaint to BSE, but standard response that company has sent a notice and read it.

BSE is playing waiting game.

They want Trafiksol to withdraw (which they have no intention to) rather then take it on themselves.

In the end retailer is one who is suffering

અગાઉના વિક્રેતા M/s પાસેથી મેળવેલ અવતરણની માન્યતા. સોફ્ટવેર (સ્માર્ટ સિટી પ્રોજેક્ટ્સ માટે ICCC પ્લેટફોમીના સપ્લાય માટે Oasis Corpeare Pvt Ltd ની સમયસીમા સમાપ્ત થઈ ગઈ હતી. તદનુસાર, M/s TrafikSol ITS Technologies Ltd (ત્યારબાદ 'કંપની' તરીકે ઓળખાય છે) આવા સોફ્ટવેરના સપ્લાય, ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન, સપોર્ટ અને જાળવણી માટે નવા વિક્રેતાઓની નિમણુક માટે નવા ક્વોટેશન મેળવવાની પ્રક્રિયામાં છે, કંપની ઓછામાં ઓછા 3 સંભવિત સપ્લાયર્સ પાસેથી ક્વોટેશન મેળવવાનું કામ કરે છે કે જેમની પાસેથી સોફ્ટવેર મેળવી શકાય છે. વધુમાં, કંપની જ્યાં સુધી સૉફ્ટવેરના સપ્લાય માટે નવા વિક્રેતાની નિમણૂકને યોગ્ય રીતે અંતિમ સ્વરૂપ આપવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી એસ્ક્રો એકાઉન્ટમાં IPOમાંથી થતી આવક જાળવી રાખવા માટે પ્રતિબદ્ધ છે. કંપની, ઓર્ડર આપતા પહેલા અને મંજૂર વેન્ડરને પેમેન્ટ રીલીઝ કરતા પહેલા, આગામી સામાન્ય સભામાં સભ્યોની યોગ્ય મંજૂરી લેવી પડશે. વધુમાં, કંપની, ઓર્ડર આપતા પહેલા અને ચુકવણી બહાર પાડતા પહેલા, વિક્રેતાની નિમણૂક અને તેના પરની વિગતો અંગે સામાન્ય સભામાં લીધેલા નિર્ણયની જાણ કરતી જાહેર સૂચના બહાર પાડશે. કંપનીએ મોનિટરિંગ એજુન્સી (MA) ની નિમણૂક માટે સંમતિ આપી હતી જેનું સૂચન બોમ્બે સ્ટોક એક્સચેન્જ દ્વારા સોફ્ટવેરની પ્રાપ્તિ માટે ચૂકવણીને નિયંત્રિત કરવા માટે કરવામાં આવશે. મર્ચન્ટ બેન્કરે મોનિટરિંગ એજન્સી (MA) ની ફીની ચૂકવણી કરવાનું કામ હાથ ધર્યું

Talked to Trafiksol management and instructed to reach out to the company CFO Pankaj jain @ seven seven zero three nine five four zero zero four. Anyone wants to get any update can reach out to the CFO directly.

People absuses Adani day and night but when Adani FPO struck due to Hidenburg report. Adani cancelled its FPO despite it was fully subscribed and returned investors money.

Suppose BSE clears this IPO for listing, How would this list? Discount or flat?

Once sentiment is down, discount listing is more probable , since there would be no buyers. But all is in the hands of big fishes. We have to wait and see

Definately discount listing becsuse of such queries occured against company before listing.

Looks like the whole world has forgotten about this "to be listed " stock and all our monies arelying in escrow account. No point raising complaint in SEBI. My complain on the company was auto marked too Association of Investment Bankers and I got a response from the association to raise the issue in MI portal of sebi. What has this got to do with MI (market intelligence)? The whole world knows about the issue. SEBI is very well aware. Is it not on the part of the regulator to take immediate action ? Atleast Assoication of Investment bankers replied. The complain raised on BSE is yet to be responded by BSE........

Has anyone raised the issue in MI portal of SEBI? And is MI the right forum to raise the issue?

Following is Mailed to BSE , Issuer Company and Ekardish , 3 days back no response yet . Today also raised complaint on SEBI SCORE site as well. Lets see and hope for the best.

There has been more than a week and no action has been taken by the exchange (BSE) and the company (TRAFIKSOL). Money of the general public is lying in the Escrow account without any clearity. This delay is unacceptable and raises serious concern about the transparency and efficiency of both the parties. On summarizing the facts, data and situation followings are the lapses briefed as under: -

1. As per BSE SME listing procedure, Merchant banker is responsible for conducting due diligence for preparing and filing documents like DRHP/RHP. Possible collusion of promoters of the company and merchant banker can not be ruled out.

2. Further, as per BSE SME listing procedure, BSE issues an in Principle approval on the recommendation of the Listing Advisory Committee. Therefore there are clear lapses on part of BSE as well since they had accorded the approval for the issue without having any regard to the issuer details. Moreover, postponing the listing on the very last movement only compounds the negligence. This type of gross oversight and negligence from institution like the BSE is unimaginative.

3. Apart from above, TRAFIKSOL ITS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, the issuer itself, demonstrated serious failure in its public issue. These includes, but not limited thereto, lack of transparency in disclosures, potential misrepresentation of information and non-communication.

From above, it is clearly evident that Merchant Banker, Stock exchange (BSE) Company (TRAFIKSOL ITS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED) have a very lax attitude and unprofessional approach towards the interest of General public / Retail investors. Therefore, with a view to avoid potential loss to General public / Retail investor, Allotment process is to be cancelled and the amount is to be refunded as soon as possible.

If no prompt action is taken we will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the higher authorities.

Any update on this stock? no respose from sebi or bse till now........anybody has any info on this?

There is complete silence in this case. No response from BSE or SEBI or LM or registrar. This is injustice to retailers......
