Dear Experts,

Please guide the probable instances the whole SME space would face from ESM implementation.

Will it be good in long term?
How much impact expected in short term?
Will the premium valuations fade?
Will it actually curb manipulation?
Is the SME over as the broad markets are already battered and majority SMEs are already beaten to some extent?

I am long on atleast half of my SME positions but it does make me worry much as this is not an issue that can be ignored.

On the name of Bondada ( past glory ) will be this able to repeat on basis of merit ? If yes then why GMP ? let it low PE and earnings decide future course.. why newbies are promoting it..

Apart from dis the MM Rikhav Securities has also filed DRHP for SME IPO as per the details below:-

Rikhav Securities, a Market Maker (MM) for SME IPOs, has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for a ₹75 crore SME IPO.

For FY24, the company reported a revenue of ₹104 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹42.6 crore.

Interestingly, the company is projecting a 2.5x growth next year, based on its working capital requirements data.

It’s quite remarkable to see a Market Maker file for an IPO, especially one in the range of ₹70-75 crore..

Last IPO handled by dis LM was Bondada Engineering which gave multibagger returns and another one which i remember is ICE Make refrigeration which was also the multi bagger..
