@harit ji, I am eligible to apply in the share holder quota also. I can spare only Rs. 30,000/- now. Please advise how should I go about applying. One lot each or two lots in one section. If so in which section. Please advise.

I am asking this because, I have a different experience in HDFC Life and HDFC AMC IPO's. Plus, I failed to understand your note on retail side "not subscribed fully...might get something extra". Would appreciate a line.

This is not rights issue, it's ipo where 10℅reserved for SHs of the parent co.

We just discuss this with a lead manager and Link Intime. Both are giving contradictory views and answering the questions with words "this is what we feel".

We requested the registrar to provide us the clear detail about how the allotment will be done in case of the 3rd Party ASBA IPO Application. They said they will get back to us by evening.

Do not believe these customer care executive. They are not expert. There were lot of confusion last year at the time of polycabs that third party asba application would be rejected. Linkintime also processing third party application. Apply third party application and after allotment everything will be clear. Whether it's accepted or rejected.

Yes if we abide by the law then it seems that 5 apps will be accepted because UPI Phase 2 is still going on and it's deadline is 31st March. But their customer service is giving these views.

need your input : Holding SBI share . can i apply share holder quota and retail both with different DP id with same pan number . i.e retail category with DP ID A and share holder quota with DP ID B ( both are different broker ) .

One technical question:- A registrar gets the details of an investor from depositories(cdsl, nsdl). How would they get details(account holder name) of the applicant? From banks? I dont think banks are supposed to provide such info? Any idea?

हरित जी को आप कह रहे है दुसरे बैंक खाते से जो डिमेट से लिंक नही है ,अप्लीकेशन लगा सकते हैं।इस स्थिति मे ASBA
Third party और other bank a/c मे कोई अन्तर नही है।
2.joint acc की स्थिति मे दुसरा खाता धारक भी यही स्थिति रखता है।
3. कोई भी बैंक रजिस्ट्रार को डाटा मे एकाउंट न दे देगा पर नाम नही देगा।
सबसे मुख्य बात sbi स्वयं ही ASBA मे 5 अप्लिकेशन लगाने की अनुमति देता है,फिर यह विरोधाभास कैसा? क्या 5अप्लीकेशन एक व्यक्ति की होंगी?
सेबी नियमों के आधीन ही सभी संस्थाओं को कार्य करना होता है ।
यदि बैंक इस प्रकार अप्लीकेशन निरस्त करेगा तो इश्यू भरना मुश्किल है।
Third party मात्र UPI के लिए मना किया है पृष्ठ 416 (24)
पर, यदि कहीं लिखित मे है तो स्पष्ट किजिए । यहाँ पर बहुत से भाई हैं जो हमे समझा पाएगें।
चितौडगढ टीम इस को पहले भी स्पष्ट कर चुकी है कि ASBA मे कोई प्रतिबंध नही है।यह नियम UPI के लिए है।
आपके स्पष्टीकरण की प्रतिक्षा मे...........????

@nissan ji , if link Intime can not do anything , allotment bhi ap hi kr lo khud thts better.

@mittal , there is huge difference. there is no need to link demat with bank account compulsory. Just need to apply with same name. Demat account name and ASBA account name should be match thts it.

one more thing Link Intime have more filters that you know guys. As per rules we gets so many information regarding applying. so its not a issue at all. We can apply more filters if rules permit but for safety reasons i can not disclose how it works.

भाई जी ,आपसे मैंने कहा SBI बैंक ASBA मे 5 अप्लीकेशन की सुविधा देता है , तो बैंक ने वह नियम निरस्त कर दिया ?या यह नियम अपने पर लागू नही होगा।? यह नियम RHP से अलग होगा ? या 1992 ( बैंक अपने पहले इश्यू) की तरह रजिस्ट्रार से मनमानी करवाएगा ? रजिस्ट्रार एवं बैंक RHP से बाहर जाएंगे? इससे बैंक को क्या मिलेगा?क्या यह (third party asba)आयकर नियमों की अवहेलना है?क्यया यह SEBI नियमों के विरुद्ध है? बैंक या रजिस्ट्रार ने ऐसा कोई notification दिया?क्या PAN NO भी एक से अधिक हो सकते है? ऐसे बहुत से प्रश्न हैं।
इसे कोई वाद-विवाद न समझे। जैसा आपने कहा आप वहां पर कार्य करते हैं, इसलिए. हमें आगाह कर रहे हैं।तो इन सभी प्रश्नों का उत्तर आपके संस्थान के पास होना चाहिये।????

bank wale 5 application allow kar rahe hai to ye link in time wale kon hote hai jo reject karenge ......kya link in time bank se bada institute hai ????
