If possible can you suggeset how can we increase chances of getting allotement in BHNI and HNI category

1. Try to apply from as many accounts as possible.
2. Try to apply from categories where probability of allotment is higher (generally Retail and BHNI)
3. Sometimes there are IPOs where retail portion is not subscribed fully (e.g. Medanta, Mankind, Vodafone). These are rare but golden chances. Apply fully from Retail category. Just ensure that other categories are oversubscribed in such IPOs.
4. If there are Mainboard as well as SME IPOs at the same time, give more weightage to Mainboard IPO even if GMP is much less there compared to that of SME IPO.
5. Most important - Keep trying.

​@s.l. kabra Sanstar issue size is more than Rs 500 Cr and therefore it will list in regular way and not in T2T segment.
Lets watch the price action on listing to firm up any decision. It is too early to say.

Bohot galat decision hai is govt ka is baar...infact har baar...bas is bar hume thodi ummeed ki kuch acha karenge but all in vain....

And there are some people who are BLINDLY supporting these ruthless actions of this govt...

​@CA Saurabh Bansal Hard luck in this counter. As far VI is concerned, it still is at about 37% premium over its FPO price. Holding ifew lots partially with long term view.If downtrend continues, one may look for opportunities to accumulate some more for levels of 18 to 20. It is personal view and not any recommendation, please.
