Is it HUF deed or affidavit is enough ? and notarised on Rs.100 or 20 stam paper

shifting to Idfc Is best solution for same as I don't have to do fix deposit and I get 7% above 5L .

​ @jaishreekrishna  please do a thorough check on interest received on 1st of every month.
You are true they give 7% simple interest above 5 lakh MAB, but upto 5 lakh they give 3.25% interest. So if you keep 10 lakh in savings account, then you get 3.25% in 5 lakh + 7% in next 5 lakh, i.e., 5.12% of 10 lakh you get p.a. interest in that month. If you get less than that, raise objection to the bank / branch.
​@shankyj Normal FD and sweep in FD are NOT included in total funds for ASBA in IDFC First bank savings account. You got to keep funds liquid or withdrawable always, to use in IPO thru ASBA.
You got to break this FD online thru app. Open app (home) -> Go to accounts (at bottom) -> Go to deposits FD+RD (at top) -> click on FD -> click on break FD (you may loose some amount as prematurely withdrawl penalty (Nil if broken within a week). Your account will be credited instantly.
Regarding creating sweep in FD, you may contact branch, but I think it will not be used in IPO applications. However, you can get clarity from branch (if they know) or try after creating (and breaking within a week) sweep in FD.

Im using IDFC , AXIS and HDFC for my application. IDFC by far has most easy application process .

Very expensive compared to peer group. Agro supply chain risk. Not worth applying

LM's early mainboard IPOs are now trading in negative.

If you are referring to very old ipos, need to think twice. We have good examples like Winsol Engineers.

LM is nothing to do after 1 year of IPO listing, rather it depends on company performance, growth, financial ( LM calculates IPO price based on valuations, forward earnings, growth are clubbed into IPO which are may be 1yr or so but nothing much to do after that until n unless its PAYTM IPO 😀 where everyone were greedy)

​@Rahul redis If PAN number is same in demat and bank account, there should not be issue. However, going forward one should get name updated everywhere - Bank, Demat, Aadhaar etc.
