Any reason for very low subscription even at 1 PM on last day?
Is it due to bigger issue size of 186.16 Crores?

It's due to bigger issue and funds block in parallel 2 mainboard Ipo - KRN and Diffusion 🙏

Sahasra (EMS) appears to follow the path of Waree (Solar).

Sahasra Electronics ltd (SEL) is established in 2000.

Sahasra Electronics solutions ltd (SESL) incorporated as proprietory company in 2020 got converted to public ltd company in 2023.
And also there is a subsidiary company by name Sahasra semi-conductor ltd.
since 3years financial data is not there for SESL, it is coming up with sme ipo.

SESL revenue went up from 6 cr in 2020 to 108 cr in 2024. For SESL like revenue growth, profit of 32 cr on 108 cr revenue is unbelievable (PAT margin of 32%) when EMS companies are struggling with single digit PAT margins. If such profits are for real and if not just for sme ipo listing (dressing up) then its good. Sustainability of such margins appears to be unrealistic.

Now its confusing regarding the news flowing about sahasra's EMS, Semi-conductor, motherboard making, osat, thomson tie-up, etc. relates actually to which of these two companies.

Like Waree, it appears that Sahasra is testing the depth of the water by bringing its SME ipo of SESL first and may keep the main company SEL ipo for last lap at huge accumulated valuations.

Just curious when you apply for these IPO - You go on the price volume action and decide to load more lots or is the sector in which company is getting listed.

Can you share few criteria what are the parameters you see after listing some go in consolidation some go up then come down total operators try to trap.

When I evaluate a small company, I see their past track , if i dont find interesting i generally give a pass, but the current winners when i look back are RBM Infracon, Cosmic , Oriana power, Etc.. many from EPC / Railways, Solar, Agri etc.. n number

How one should evaluate these promoters, who didnt have quantitative history but can scale big ?
