A very quick review from my side on the business:

1. Company is requesting for valuation of 31Cr. for 2 showrooms of Yamaha along with service center for Yamaha, but none of the property is owned by them (rather leased.) I doubt if their business - enabling sales of Yamaha and servicing that, can fetch such high valuation.
2. Bike market is already saturated and Yamaha does not enjoy cult like Royal enfield, nor enjoy trust like Honda, nor enjoy VFM like Bajaj or Hero. It is probably niche brand currently - and unlikely to change!
3. Google reviews - given Yamaha is still on higher price band, the experience has to be strong. But quick check of companies showrooms says they are doing next to pathetic in terms of setting right customer expectation.

For me, this is skip. I would have considered 31cr valuation had they been owning the land (only for real estate valuation)!

Applied 3 retail applications in this also as usual seeing the GMP and subscription figure although there is AVOID rating everywhere. If it lists in discount, will book loss or become loooong term investor.

I have HUF PAN. I need to open bank account and demat account.Which are good options for the same.The bank should have sweep in FD kind of facility so that i can apply IPO without braking the FD.

​@ArvKaush I spoke with kotak bank.But they told me minor ipo application can ne applied through physical form only in branch .
Online application in kotak for minor is not possible?

​@Alokblr They are not aware, i am using it. In my branch as well they processed minor ASBA form but not reflected in my account. Then they connected to other branch and later on able to solve this issue.

LM/MM combo is decent. Fixed price issue so 50% with retail and rest with HNI.

Co. is in dealership of YAMAHA Vehicles confined to Delhi / NCR. Promoter group is 1st gen, looks inexperienced especially for the Auto sector, more so evident when they show a Jaguar Car as their fixed asset. Promoters have also done away with other non performing biz in Agro, Food, and Water products. Only 8 employees on payroll overall.

YoY revenues have decreased, yet PAT has increased only due to the lower purchases made during IPO year. Instead of improving inventory turnover which has fallen from 5 to 2.8 levels from the existing showrooms, co. plans to expand by opening another showroom. Working capital estimates as part of IPO objectives give a picture of almost 50% growth in revenues, but that's a longshot given YAMAHA overall has around 4% market share so until that improves, the dealership sales are hard to get a growth.

Repayment of borrowings add close to 29 lakhs to PAT, which slightly improves the issue price which is close to 19 P/E for IPO year but compared to the previous year the valuations get uncomfortable. No peers available since most family dealership are unlisted.

People with grey access are better off judging the ground situation since premiums might not sustain, and if they do, looks only a listing candidate.

Those issues are already closed for subscriptions, and this is the sole issue open today. So in that context i said no clash @Surya H R

In case of IPOs apart from financials of the company, background , experiance of the promoters performance of other ventures of the promoters is equaly important which is missing in reviews.If DD sir incorporate these details in his review it will be imensely helpful to the retail investors.

2 dealerships in far flung areas with just 8 permanent employees?
Moreover, this is not comparable with Tunwal or Ola.

Seniors Need Advise Regarding Demat Account,
I am having Dmat and trading account with Axis Bank, Can i use the same Demat client ID for application Of IPOs with Kotak Bank.
As kotak is providing Linked FD Facility without breaking the FD

​@Basuvr Yes, i have minor account with kotak but for linked fd i think i have to first create one fd with minor account? Although i am sure active money features not with minor account in kotak bank
