@MuStrFc I hv just noticed in BOA where maximum no of shares applied got one lot only instead of two each as per line no 20 . Why it is so and excess shares appx 15000 allotted to others.....

The BoA isn't complete, lot categories in between have been omitted. And the 973200 category got many applicants, almost close to 9% of total subx. Hence, not possible to allot all shares to them and deprive others.

Thats why minimum 1 lot only allotted @PLAZA

@MuStrFc But if. 973200 divided by 1200 then it comes to 811 lot and issue subscribed say 350 times then this lot applicant eligible for 811 divided by 350 or 2.31 so t IMO 2 lots shold be allotted as have seen in many other BOA....
Is it right or missing something ... otherwise no use to apply more then subscription figures....

The very reason that this lot category got a good % to total ratio, which is why not enough shares were left to distribute 2 lots to each. Surplus / Deficit thing gets tricky due to last minute subscription bump.

Also all the applicants before 973200 are minimal compared to total, hence 2 lots allotted to them. So, to apply more than total subscription still holds value but not certain value. @PLAZA

@MuStrFc Still confused . Say if two lots allotted each to this category then still surplus shares were there though not 15000 but appx 1100 or odd shares.....means appx 90 shares for each which definitely would be less then others required....
Whatever be the reason ...

May be another lesson for all investors including me. (Applied but not allotted). Applying just seeing ipo frenzy and gmp may result in such disasters. Eventhough not listed below ipo price,vvery soon we may see many companies lining up in this queue. We have to be careful, careful and careful

@Yuvaan This stock debuted on listing today at IPO issue price. Whatever the listing price, 5% has been that is the upper circuit as it tested both the LC aswell in same day.

this was expected, First mistake hai ke bhai DIlip davda jo itne optimist prani hai, if he is saying avoid then avoid, second it is just a showroom, there are lakhs of showroom in india aur yamaha koi leta bhi nahi.. third, after IPO application date, there was so much on Social media about the actual company.. ab bhai aisi galti ki sazaa toh garud puran mein....

Not a good listing. Subscription figures of Retailers on very higher-end in comparison to others. Listed at par and thereafter touched lower circuit. Size was small.
But now moving towards upper circuit. Likely to be closed at upper circuit.
It is very difficult to believe in GMP always. Was expected to list at 90% positive.
So always be careful in SME.
I had not applied.

Intentional pull back on listing, on the back of SEBI advisory and media speculation. This satisfies all to some extent that the subx didn't translate into crazy UCs.

Had it not been all this, things would have been different
