bad luck, applied for IPO FIRST time, may be wrong timing to apply, is there any specific period present in which we need to apply? i mean we have 3 days, is it expected to apply before the last date? i am a new comer in IPOs. :)

for RII there is no time which you can guess for sure allotment.
it is pure lucky draw. Keep applying for good IPO, you will get surely.
my own ratio is i got allotment in 4 IPOs out of 10 applied
