@🙏 Verma Ji 🙏 As per tax law that I understand, though you transfer as a gift, the buying price of the stock for your son would be the price of the stock of the day when it lands in his demat.
And your purchase price will be IPO price and sale price will be the price on the day when the stock leaves your demat.
Also, if you are using Zerodha then you can transfer online.
By the way, I sold off Innomet today though I see a strong case of UC tomorrow.
Reason for the sale being, I could not place SL in ICICI direct and did not want to take risk just incase it get released from UC.
But based on my experience, be careful on 3rd and 4th days of listing in such SME stocks. They generally hit LC and then hardly give us any chance for next few days to exit. All the best.
