​@GrayIsTheNewBlack  As per last bulk deal records flippers bought this stock at upper curcuit (thursday) and lower circuit (friday) but didn't sold it yet.

As per yesterday's bulk deals flippers bought this stock at upper circuit, now they are trying to pull down the price to add more quantities from retailers. Innocent retailers are selling stock to them at cheap rate.

Someone is silently buying huge quantities.

You can sell out of your demat and buy again.
But technically you will have to give delivery and take delivery.
Also, you cant short these stocks (intraday) without delivery for 1st 10 days..

My broker (Dhan) allowed the buy and sell order on the same day and posted auction bill on me saying mistake is mine.

I said, even if I placed the sell order on the same day as buying, It should have been rejected by their RMS team but it went through the exchange and executed successfully.

So they convinced me that the mistake is from both sides and agreed to pay 50% of the loss arised from short sell. I agreed initially and later after realizing entire mistake is from their side, I asked for 100% refund of the loss. But, they were not providing.
Can I complain this in SEBI SCORES? Will I get my remaining loss from my broker by doing this? Or of no use now?

Please help 🙏

In my view, all good brokers dont allow seeling without delivery, this is the rule..The broker should have inbuilt the system to avoid these situations.
You can make a complaint at SCORE and see if that helps..

Close to 9 lakh shares already traded combined today and yesterday out of 12.5 lakh shares.

At the moment just about 1.4 lakh buy order. So interesting times.

Sme ipos are listed for compulsory delivery trade for 10 trading sessions. After that only Intraday is allowed..

With the kind of markets we are in this may also list at 90% circuit followed by UC.

I thin this is a result of 90 percent cap by exchanges. Investors as well as flippers place buy order at upper end since they dont want to miss out. Later they remove their orders based on the demand.

This is a big pain for IPO investors since price discovery and UC/LC estimation has become more difficult. Risk averse investors also loose out because they just sell in first day preopen instead of waiting for the peak price.

Does not look so good for 10 am but lets see.

Have still 2 lots.

In my view, should hold on to it for few more UC's.

​@Esparando Maybe he thought discount listing possible and then buyers will come. But, opened with reasonable gains followed by huge buying now. Few more UC'S certainly possible looks like. Not sure what he thought and posted contrast views..

But looking at peer companies valuation and this one, entered in preopen with 1 lot. Hope it delivers at least 30 PE within few days 🙏
