Newbie here- Is there any lock-in period for a retail investor? If someone is going for 1 lot only, i guess there is no lock in period for that right??
Hi, a newbie here, have been applying for SME IPOs for the last 1 year with no luck. I have 3 PANs and have been applying with 1/1/1 lots in each IPO. Wondering if the method I am following to apply is correct, like in ASBA and UPI I am not selecting the Cut-Off tick box, and manually entering the cut off price and then the lots. Is this correct?
i have been applying like this for a while now. In vilas transcore i decided to take the amount in 1 account and then applied 40 lots that was my first ever sme ipo allotment dont know if it was coincidence or applying in single application helps. your views
@DTC In my view it was your luck which worked. You can/should apply as per your thinking. I can say only one thing that : don't regret if you don't get allotment. Because luck don't work every time. Even if you are super lucky it will work most of the times, but not every time. SUNO SABKI KARO MANN KI.
One fact came to my notice at point no.10 on page 30 of RHP that land proposed for capex and also is registered office of company in IPO is not owned by company...and also is not on long term lease Termination or discontinuation of that lease can cause company great problem and this risk factor is also mentioned by company in RHP....

Every company does this. Earlier before migrating to public company they were itself using the directors residence as place of office It also has other properties on lease for 90 years in Noida itself, though due to space constraints they are possibly operating from this place which is now the deemed registered office and changes in registered office is quite common @KBG
