NTPC green energy and Hero finance filed only DRHP and not RHP yet, given that if I buy NTPC and Hero motorcorp today will I be eligible for shareholder quota? Slightly confused about Draft vs RHP.

You have to have the parent company share in your demat on RHP filing day to be eligible..

Many of member have opened minor account. I want to know what is tax implications. Money is definately ours which we have transferred in minor name.
In case of profit (stct or ltcg), who will file itr and pay tax, criteria for exception.

Yes, you can transfer shares from a CDSL broker demat to an NSDL broker demat using CDSL's "Easiest" facility:
Go to the CDSL website and register for the "Easiest" facility
Fill out the form and submit it
Send a copy of the form to your depository participant
After 1-2 days, you'll receive your login credentials
Log in to your account and transfer your shares.

@RamJani Ratio of allotment is the same in oversubscribed mainboard IPO for one lot or 13 lots, so apply just one lot..
Or you can try 14 lots SHNI bid, but, allotment in SHNI is difficult than retail, your choice..

When exactly can i sell them after RHP is filed
i.e on the day of RHP filed?or on the next day?
Experts pls give advise on this as i usually shares get affected bcz of news of RHP

Holding of share on record date is good enough. One may sell it anytime after the record date !
