@Vimal Garodia You are absolutely correct that sHNI when oversubscribed, the allotment is very difficult. sHNI has only 5% quota in IPO size with 14 lots application and allotment of 14 lots. So, allotment is very very difficult.
@SakhamA This is a fact that to get an allotment in sHNI is very difficult. In my opinion, if you have minimum 3 to 4 account you must apply 1 or 2 sHNI. Others in retail. This is my opinion and my way to subscribe.
I have a reason for this. Both retail as well as sHNI are oversubscribed in good IPOs. If luck favors and one get sHNI allotment, means 14 lots. If we get 1 sHNI in one account, it is as good as one year or more than that allotment.
I have only 3 accounts. I always apply 1 or 2 sHNI and rest retail. Combination of both.
But always remember only LUCK plays an important role. If your luck favors you will get allotment.
