​@Piyubhilwara I have not tracked this stock. All I know is they had done some fudged in IPO funding I guess, hence regulator had put a ban on them beginning of this year. Stock had tanked then, no idea what's happening now.

After reading so many posts regarding 'Big Share🐅' RTA I've decided to apply all the IPOs* managed by big share until I get allotment.
Now, it's a war.
Iss share🐅 ka shikaar 🏹 to ab hoke rahega.

But I have received 1 lot WOL 3D ( SME) allotment from Bigshare 2 days back hence , mera shikar to pura ho gaya.

Looking the size of IPO and oversubcription on the opening day, I think we should request SEBI to make it 3 days procedure instead of 7-11 days. One day APplication, Second Day Allotment and refund and Third Day Listing.

When applied through Kotak Mahindra Bank - ASBA, it showed Application successfully accepted by the bank, but the Application Status is showing as "TECHNICAL RESPONSE AWAITED." Could anyone explain what could be the reason and why it happens?

​@Jeevshri If application is accepted, nothing to worry. Sometimes there is delay or no response from exchange. Keep checking, status may change soon.

Diffusion Engineers of India is a leading manufacturer and supplier of welding consumables, including electrodes, wires, fluxes, and accessories, suitable for various applications.

Established in 1970 its a profit making company.

Founded in 1982 as per information displayed on CG website.

A small size main line IPO of 158 crores. A positive point for small investors in comparison to SME. Small investors have a better chance by retail application. Who gets sHIN allotment again better than SME.
A company founded in 1982, with such a low figures of balance sheet, such as revenue, PAT and borrowings, the figures justify the IPO size. Market capitalisation is also very small. The requirement of funds are for capital expenditure and setting up of a manufacturing facility.
The name the company is very interesting : DIFFUSION. The team of 130 qualified engineers is on positive side.
Negative side for investors is :
1. RTA as usual. Where investors believe in RTA and not LUCK.
2. Size of issue the issue, so the listing in t2t group. 5% circuit either side after listing.
3. Likely to be subscribed good due to size and so difficult allotment.
No other IPOs in line at present, investors having lot of funds, better to apply and try luck. GMP good and no chance of bad listing. Exceptions are always there.

​@k l patel Clashing with KRN Heat with Diffusion is not going to make any difference. Total of both the IPOs is almost 500 crores. This figure is very small for investors.
Accounts in Banks of investors are full of funds. Where to apply is a problem.
Do you remember, BHFL IPO subscribed so heavily. So this is a very small amount.
So, apply and wish for allotment. Will definitely give some gains, if lucky to get an allotment.

Small size IPO , no problem, no need to study
Good Gmp apply and forget , if alloted put in a effort to study, if good hold , if not sell on listing and exit

My simple take on all 3 small Ipo running at present

No need to check allotment also
Agar paise Kate to thik nahi to next Ipo me apply Karenge

Allotement aa jaye to effort lago.
But i agree with your thoughts , basic study is always important ( no doubt in that )🙏

SME kinds of small sized issues in mainboard are mostly dampeners. Heard Waaree Energies, the largest manufacturer of solar PV modules in India with the largest aggregate installed capacity of 12 GW finally got nod from SEBI for its Rs 3000 Cr ipo. Let's keep a watch when it gets launched.

Mobikwik gets SEBI approval for its 700 cr IPO and it is going to be fresh issue. No OFS.

Personaly I dont like mobikwik and its super cash scheme.

SEBI need to check.

What if i say a retailer(me) got allotment from bigshare? Allotment is all about luck. Me , who applied 30 retail in northern got no allotment but my friend applied for 2 retail application got 1. All about luck.

Instead of in SME, its better to list in Main board, retail investor may get few 15K application. If SME then to get allotment of 1 Comapny, have to wait for 2-3 years
