They are busy in designing consulting papers to curb F&O. SEBI allows, the reason why such practices exist by flippers. Give and take for both of them. No wonder why no consultation paper was advertised like the F&O one before bringing the 90% capping rule.

I thought if I apply 5 lots hni in a sme that doesn't have gmp and PE is exorbitant, I will surely get apply...
This ipo has proven me wrong and I have no words to all who are taking such a huge risk...
Only those who have crores of funds should try good ones...else pointless!
I have a gut feel this will list more than 50% premium and trap multiple retailers after that...

Why do most of the shady issues only list on BSE SME ?
Vaarya, Bizotic to name a few.
Seems like the dirt from the 90s is still not cleaned up from BSE.

Plus, low volumes on BSE, becomes easily to manipulate by whomsoever creates that volume @GrayIsTheNewBlack

GMP 0 and Bigshare. Thus no point blocking your funds. There are much better options available.

Small issue size is easy to manipulate in any direction.

Peer P/E is close to 51 when they atleast have some revenue growth to show for. Clinitech is unable to cope up with this by coming already at 59 P/E.

Clinitech is behind on doctor partnership to scale B2C Biz, plus, now hospitals are having their private diagnostic services so less need of 3rd party centres like Clinitech, visible from fall in B2B sales.

This is hurting revenues, margins are collapsing. Kind of cyclical stock which tends to do well when more people are prone to get ill, something like in Covid 19.
Promoter and management appear lenient as from 1990 they are still struggling to get market share.

LM has history of handling such dicey issues and this one could prove to be another one as well.
