Strange!!! as a retail applicant you can not apply for more than 13 lots, how come u applied for 15?????

@ Praveen Nayak....This is SEBI''s philiosphy to distribute shares to maximum no of hands rather than concentrating that to a few hands..Three years back, preference was given on lot basis...higher the no. of lots you quote, maximum your chances of getting IPOs...that way small investor never get IPOs...So this practice was adopted

Agree with the idea the max number of people shud get shares. I do not have issue if there are N applicants and all get same lots. But if there are more than N and only few would be selected randomly for 1 lot allotment, why no preference is given to all those who applied for more lots? Why not give 1 lot to all those who have applied for more than 1 lots first and then have lottery for those who have applied for 1 lot. Here too same number of applicants would finally be given shares but preference is given for those who have applied for more and has taken more risk and locked more money for the period.

What is the expected date for CDSL issue opening? Is it 15th - 17th march or postponed?

As per Sebi ruling CDSL has to complete it''s IPO by 31st March ''17.
Don''t know if there is any change.

In past issues is only little difference.

Hi Audit View. The difference is simple if every one in retail applies for just 1 lot then RII subscription and application count will be same but since many apply more than 1 lot so RII subscription is much more than number of applications.
