Everyone, considering track record of the Lead manager, it would be wise to skip this IPO. The past performance of LM is very disheartning.

Interesting business and segment but weak financials. Also, for the age of the Company it hasn't gained much size. I'd skip the IPO.

I was going through the BOA for Rox Hi tech & Kalyani.

For Rox HI 67200, 68800 etc for all these applications ZERO shares were allotted but these are approx 50lac plus amount

For Kalyani 56000,57000,58000 etc same ZERO shares were allotted even though it was big amount.

Can anyone please help me why with such huge amount there was 0 allotment, in SME IPO more number of shares we apply the probability of winning increases right?

I have applied 3 retail applications and got one in each before it I also got monopharma and khazanchi.
Better to apply more no.of retail application rathe than bulk applications.
Keep applying after evaluating balance sheet.

As far as Kalyani concern, subscription is 439 times thus to get one confirmed lot you have to apply 439 lots or more otherwise again lottery so better to go through lottery in retails.

Off topic: Basilic Fly had a good result and available at attractive valuation of 20 PE. However someone is putting 9600 shares in sell order everytime the price reaches 281-282. He is doing this since last week and the price is not moving. Even today he didn’t let cross the 281 mark. Is it some kind of short selling or someone is dumping? Seems purposeful to me. Who could it be? From the IPO page of Basilic remember a well known big investor was damn negative about this script (saying AI will dent this sector).

Complete avoid.

Issue seems quite cheaper than peers, based FY 24 annualised PE its coming with 11.50 PE.
Both quality & quantity of growth is impressive.
Pura Growth Increnental Exports se aaya hai.
Sector have great tailwinds, commonds high Valuations.
Subscription Also good

I feel issue is very costly based on suddenly increased Sales.
There are lot of explanation required. Like why M/s R Simon Dryers holding 50% shares as promoter suddenly disappeared from Promoter list from the year 2023. What happened to their share holding. Are they same as R.Simon Dryers Ltd based in UK.
Why an Auditor of Mumbai Based is changed suddenly in the year 2023 and that too from Jamnagar, Gyjarat for a company based in Navi Mumbai!
Trade receivables for more than 3 years is 4.2 cr. Still no provision is made and no additional information is given on this. Why company is not able to recover this.Inventory in 2022 is almost equal to 11 months sales. This figure is 8.43 cr in 2023 and Trae Receivables RS 8.99 cr. Very Very high figures.

Subscription of already more than 14% in the Retail Category on the first day, even though it is suggested to avoid by DDSir, is really surprising to me. Experts may kindly throw some light in this regard.

Many times incorrect. Forget that. This issue is already subscribed by 19 times by retail investors. Wait for the last day.

Anyone tried to contact Cameo for the allotment schedule? I tried to call but the line is always busy. Sent an email but no response. I will apply here if the fund gets unblocked by 23rd.

It should unblock by 23 as cameo is given refund on time , listing may or may not happen at T+3 shedule... Still avoid this IPO if you wanna keep funds for other better IPOs

Yes, cameo has a good track record of allotment and refund ontime. But here official comment is refund by 24th, which is problematic.

What is current GMP or Subject to rate? Subscription figure looks very attractive here.

As per prospectus, the refund instruction will be issued on 24th November 2023 and listing on 28th November 2023, ie., T+6.

Negatives:
- Financials and the past performance from LM, this seems to be a little dicey.
- @Dilip Davda   Sir has given a avoid signal.
- Asking price is very high
- Promoter holding pre/post IPO is very low (50% pre and 35.09% post)
- No Anchors and QIB quota mentioned, so need to look at subscription
Positives
- Company is quiet old, one can find 7 years old posted videos by company.
- The above +ve can be negative as after 7 years of operation the financials in 2021 were quiet low only 9 cr revenue and loss of 1.8 cr

My Takeaways
- Seems to be avoid but lets wait for subscriptions figures
- Sell and Apply
- Need to be cautious on this
