Here very interesting fact regarding GE T & D is the share holding
Promoters ; 75%
FII : 2.04%
DIIs : 14.96
Public : 8.0%
It's compounded profit growth : 1901%
Compounded Sales growth : 18%.
It was loss making company in March 23 { -1 } but in March 24 it have a profit of 181 cr, which is very hard to digest 😜😝😛😋

Has everybody got the refund for Arcade who has not been alloted?

​@Dipan  Yes all banks have released lien holds for Arkade for no allotments

Idfc is still doing . Few are still unblocked. They started at 9.4 pm today

If the company lists at 100%, that’s great; if not, it still has potential to double from the IPO price. The company is good at finishing projects on time and often even earlier. It has no debts and doesn’t plan to take on any, which is a big plus in real estate.

Arkade is expected to make over ₹4,000 crore in revenue in the next 3-4 years from its six ongoing and six upcoming projects. They are raising money to buy new land for more growth and plan to enter the Thane market.
Plus the margins are excellent for the co.

Overall, the real estate sector is doing well, which should help the company. Expected rate cuts and possible stamp duty reductions in Maharashtra (rumor) this festive season will likely give it a boost too.

Is there an app where I can enter multiple PAN numbers for different Demat accounts that I manage, and check the status of all applied IPOs at once?

Hello Everyone,

I have one observation, which might be wrong, but still want to share with everyone.

I have most of my account (different pan numbers) in ICICIDirect and i already apply in IPO through ICICIDirect. I believe that if i shift some of my account from ICICIDirect to other brokers says, Zerodha, Angel etc. my chances of allotment will increase. I believe that for some of the registrar, they gave more allotment to Zerodha, Angel and other account as compared to ICICIDirect accounts.

So if i keep total number of account same (All different pan numbers) and in 1 case I apply IPO from all account through ICICIdirect and in 2nd case , if i apply few from ICICI, and remaining from different broker like zerodah, angel ect, then will my chances of allotment be more in second case or it will be same in both case.

Bigshare services is actually worst registrar

I did not get single BHNI allotment out of 30
And my close friend got 3/3 BHNI
Checked it with his PAN too since i actually did not believe it
Though i am very happy for my friend but even in past bigshare gives such wild allotments not a trusted registrar

If it is your close friend, then take it as his extreme luck.
There's nothing wild here, just shows it is fairly random. Depends on how you look at it.

Funds are not unblocked (idfc asba)

No one can be sure about retaining this profit on the day of allotment.

Important point to note is that there is enough demand from non-retail category to absorb 18 lacs newly allotted retail shares at or above 1500 (if over-all market remains at same or more level).
One may have to wait for few days for securing good profit.

It's GMP os decreasing daily. From 77% to 49% . Will it give good listing gain? Or become like Ecos ?

Not sure why not getting any Allotment. Applied through UPI in retail. 😔

3. Western carrier - 0/6 Retail

Because it was highly oversubscribed
Northern arc was subscribed 27 times in retail and Arkade was subscribed 52 times. Hence chances were very low. Bajaj was subscribed 7 times so there were more chances.
