I had applied for three IPOs—one through my fathers account and two through my own. The payments were made via Union Bank’s autopay, but the transactions failed despite the money being debited.how many days does it takes to get back my money?if any onee knows??
I know it's not related to Arkade Developers but I have one question regarding using investor data. I am getting an Email from the R K Swamy team, they mentioned in the email itself that " You are receiving this email, since you had applied for shares during the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of R K SWAMY Ltd. We thank you for showing interest in our organisation. " Is it legit to use such data to contact investors (rather influence investors to purchase shares)? Anyone else getting the same email?
Yes, all applicants get Emails from them. Their motive might be to increase interest in their company but is it legal to use contact information for such communications? Interestingly they are engaged in data analysis and market research activities!! Not getting emails from any other company in which I applied for an IPO except R K Swamy.
No...what matter is from how many accounts you applied.. For. eg. If subscriptions around 8X then u least need application from 8 account to have a fair chance of allotment
Dear Members ,When applying for SHNI allotment, what is the most effective way to place a bid: should I bid for the minimum lot, the maximum lot, or a quantity somewhere in between?"
@Amit Ahuja Their is no effective way that will give you some extra priority or benefit in the allotment, just bid with the minimum lot so that your application get considered in the lottery , applying in any random lot and if you are the only one in that lot size then your application won't be considered for the lottery.
is Mstock is good for IPO and trading, i asked my friend to use one of his account, i thought he is having upstox, grow and Dhan, when i asked him now he is saying he will give Mstock account. should i consider it ?

I will prefer Arkade Developer ltd over other two IPOs...Northern and Western looking at it's strong fundamentals... Lowest P/E... Lowest P/B..... Lowest Debt.... among all Real Estate Developers... With Company's presence in Premium Segment of Mumbai Maharashtra having very high RoE....
@Sameer Mahajan I am Interested kehne se koi Grey Market Naye Logon se nai karte Wo bhi Forum par . Grey Market ke : Terms and Conditions, Rules and regulations maloom hai toh Gujarat , Rajasthan Mumbai Mein kisi se Contact karo Wo bhi kisi Guarantee dene wale ke Saath .

Arkade Developers Limited has a solid track record in Mumbai’s high-end residential and redevelopment real estate market. Its focus on Mumbai offers the potential for growth, but it also exposes the company to geographic risks.
If you are bullish on the long-term growth of Mumbai’s real estate market and believe in the demand for high-end and redevelopment properties, this IPO could be a good opportunity.
However, considering the inherent risks of the real estate sector and the competitive landscape, it is important to review the company's financials, valuation, and market conditions before deciding to invest.
SME ipo doesn't have shni and bhni category. It has only two category retail and hni. In sme ipo allotment is on proportionate basis, so high chance of allotment if you bid more lots.

Still, BNP Paribas and Societe Generale are good names to be in a small-to-mid size issue, will keep the issue interesting. Surprising to find no big Indian name.

It will be interesting to watch QIB response here as the major portion of anchor is given to few SME Players only. Also, No mutual fund is there.
