To complain to Paytm, you can follow these steps:

1. Contact Paytm Customer Care:0939-0072-307 The first step is to reach out to Paytm's customer care team. You can do this by calling their helpline number 0120-4456-456. Be prepared with all the relevant details regarding your complaint, such as transaction ID, date, and any other supporting information.

2. Email Paytm: If you prefer written communication, you can send an email to Paytm's customer support team. Their email address is care@paytm.com. Clearly explain your complaint in the email, providing all necessary details.

3. Use Paytm's App or Website: Paytm also offers a complaint feature within their app and website. Log in to your Paytm account and navigate to the "Help & Support" section. Look for the option to register a complaint or contact customer support. Fill in the required details and describe your complaint concisely.

4. Social Media: Another option is to voice your complaint on Paytm's social media channels like Twitter or Facebook. Many companies are responsive on social media platforms, and publicly addressing your issue may expedite the resolution process.

5. File a Complaint with the Grievance Redressal Officer: If your complaint is not resolved through the above channels, you can escalate it further by reaching out to Paytm's Grievance Redressal Officer. You can find their contact details on Paytm's official website or ask the customer care team for assistance.

To file a complaint against Paytm, you can follow these steps:

1. Customer Support:0620-0770-780 Start by contacting Paytm's customer support. You can reach out to them through their website, mobile app, or customer care helpline. Explain your complaint clearly and provide any relevant details such as transaction IDs, dates, and amounts.

2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the response from the customer support team or if your complaint remains unresolved, you can escalate the matter. Paytm typically has an escalation process in place, where you can request to speak with a supervisor or a higher-level representative. Ask for their contact information or request a call back.

3. Written Complaint: If the escalation process does not yield satisfactory results, consider drafting a written complaint. Clearly state your issue, include all relevant details, and mention the steps you have taken so far to resolve the matter. Send the complaint to Paytm's official email address or postal address. Make sure to keep a copy of the complaint for your records.

4. Regulatory Authorities: Depending on the nature of your complaint, you might also consider reaching out to the regulatory authorities that oversee payment service providers or consumer protection agencies in your country. They may be able to provide guidance or intervene on your behalf.

5. Social Media: Social media platforms can sometimes be effective channels to voice your concerns. Post your complaint on Paytm's official social media accounts, such as Twitter or Facebook, and tag them in your posts. Companies often monitor their social media channels and may respond promptly to address public complaints.

6. Consumer Forums: If all else fails, you can explore legal options by filing a complaint with a consumer forum or small claims court, depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of your complaint. Consult with a legal professional to understand the appropriate course of action in your specific circumstances.

Remember to remain calm, provide clear and concise information, and maintain a record of all communication and relevant documents related to your complaint.

Paytm money is worst app as compared to other DPs app. there is not direct contact number to communicate with the customer care executive. it is taking too much time to revert back and resolve the issue. i wish my account will re activate soon so that i can change my DP.

Cannot open account without downloading the app. No serious trader trades from mobile. They just don't allow to open an account using the desktop/laptop and OTP, you have to compulsorily download the app.
I tried from my laptop and then downloaded the app, but by that time my reference was hijacked by someone internally. And mobile numbers once used cannot be used again. So I am not proceeding with opening an account here.
